Ledson Castle
This is a painting of my favorite winery in Sonoma County, California. Terri and I visited this winery during our trip to San Francisco this February. View those pictures on my about page to see the actual building. |
Guardian
This project was a bit of an accident, but I really liked the way it turned out. Plus, it inspired me to enbark on my adventure with mixed media. |

Magic
This is a painting that my sister requested after seeing the Guardian piece. All the news print comes from various entertainment magazines that I picked up at Village Corner. |
Mary Shelley
Yes, those are little pieces of mirror splintering the storm. I was inspired to create this piece after an incredible experience being caught in traffic in a thunderstorm and watching lightning shower down on the Chicago skyline. Also, this is the third painting I've done on this canvas...aka there are two other paintings underneath the one you see. This made for some very interesting texture.

Watch This
This is a painting that I did for fun and boredom. It needs a home. Jeffy? |
For Terri and Elaina
This is a project that I adapted from a magazine. This is the project that I did for my sister. There is a link to a more colorful version that I did for my cousin Elaina. Terri assisted in some of the painting on Elaina's piece.

1018 East University
This is a project that Terri and I put together. It is a ceiling tile for Jimmy's Seargent Peppers. The tile features the siz girls--Terri, Amanda, Alexis, Lindsey, Anna, and Heather--living down the street at 1018 East U. Again, Terri helped with the work by painting the lettering herself and assisting with painting Lindsey and Lex. Good job, baby. |
